Buying a dedicated server means you are renting your own physical box in a high-speed data-centre plugged into a network with internet connection speeds up to 10,000 Mbps. Of course, this means there are no other customers on the same server as you, and leads to a more stable, private and secure environment for hosting your websites and software. You can choose the operating system loaded onto your server, and with Tech-Hosts, you can change the operating system at any time. Dedicated servers are a top of the range solution, a step up from a shared hosting environment and virtual private servers.

We offer free complimentary backup space of atleast 100 GB with all of our dedicated servers. This can be used to store backups or other important data. You can also get a 2 TB USB hard drive plugged into your server for storing backups or other data which will remain untouched after OS reloads.

Our dedicated servers are all located in France either in Strasbourg or Roubaix. The network has high speed peering to a number of countries in Europe with links all over the world.

We only use components of the highest quality in our dedicated server builds. You can be reassured that we guarantee all the components in your server for life, and will replace them immediately if they fail or are not working as they should. We use the best possible hardware available so that this does not happen.

Servers are usually delivered within 24 hours (sometimes just 1 hour!) but can take up to 72 hours.

Dedicated KVMoIP is available and even free on some servers so that you can remotely control your dedicated server as if it were right in front of you. We also have a special KVM boot mode available so that you can boot your server up over the network incase there is a problem mounting the hard drives or with your boot configuration. This means that your server can be fixed, even if it won't even boot!

Our management control panel allows you to hard reboot your server yourself at any time, and obvserve bandwidth graphs of your usage over a daily/weekly/monthly/annual period and more.

Servers with Tech-Hosts are monitored 24/7 by technicians at the data-centre. We will even automatically intervene to fix your server and get it online again if it stops responding to pings. This is an automatic and free service that we provide to all of our dedicated server customers. You are able to request an OS reinstall an unlimited number of times, to any of the huge number of OS which we support. We endeavour to offer a service that no other provider can match, with support as one of our top priorities.
