SHOUTcast is a special piece of software that allows you to stream music through a server and onto the internet. Then you can view different prices and packages. When you're ready to buy, you buy credit into your account using paypal (make sure you buy enough credit to pay for your SHOUTcast). Then you can select the SHOUTcast package that you want, and it will be added to your account automatically. You can then manage the SHOUTcast through your Cast-Control® account.
